Oticon quickly followed the introduction of the Opn 1, their new top-of-the-line hearing aid model, with the introduction of two other levels of technology, the Opn 2 and 3. They have also expanded to include a rechargeable model, a RITE model with a telecoil, and a BTE, so there is now more choice than ever and a model and technology level to suit everyone. 

Not happy to stop there, they have introduced new and more powerful receivers to offer the power to suit every hearing loss in a discreet package.

The original wireless slimline Mini-Receiver-In-Ear (miniRITE) hearing aid which uses a 312 battery. Four levels of receiver power fit hearing losses from mild to severe or profound to be fitted with a discreet solution. They are so small they are practically invisible and come in a range of shades and bright colors. The internet-enabled Oticon Opn comes with a number of additional features because it can connect to devices via the internet and Bluetooth. The hearing aids will connect directly to your Apple Smartphone so you can make phone calls and listen to music without any intermediate streaming device.

Opn Mini RITE Rechargeable

This is a wireless slimline Rechargeable Mini-Receiver-In-Ear (miniRITE) hearing aid which uses a rechargeable Silver Zinc 312 battery (it can also use disposable hearing aid batteries). All Oticon Opn miniRITE hearing aids sold since the introduction last year and going forward can be retrofitted to be rechargeable. They are so small they are practically invisible and come in a range of shades and bright colors. Four levels of receiver power allow hearing losses from mild to severe or profound to be fitted with a discreet solution. The internet-enabled Oticon Opn comes with a number of additional features because it can connect to devices via the internet and Bluetooth. The hearing aids will connect directly to your Apple Smartphone so you can make phone calls and listen to music without any intermediate streaming device.

The sleek and discreet miniRITE-T features a telecoil and double push button for easy volume and program control. Four levels of receiver power allow hearing losses from mild to severe or profound to be fitted with a discreet solution. The internet-enabled Oticon Opn comes with a number of additional features because it can connect to devices via the internet and Bluetooth. The hearing aids will connect directly to your Apple Smartphone so you can make phone calls and listen to music without any intermediate streaming device. The device has an onboard telecoil which gives access to loop systems in public areas. The device is not much bigger than the miniRITE.

The powerful and compact BTE13 PP fits hearing losses up to 105 dB SPL to benefit people with severe-to-profound hearing loss. The plus power solution features a telecoil, a tactile double pushbutton for easy volume and program control and a two-color LED indicator to monitor hearing aid status for both users and caregivers. The internet-enabled Oticon Opn comes with a number of additional features because it can connect to devices via the internet and Bluetooth. The hearing aids will connect directly to your Apple Smartphone so you can make phone calls and listen to music without any intermediate streaming device.

Basically, Oticon has ensured that there is now a behind the ear device for everyone in the Opn line. We have heard rumors of custom in the ear hearing aids to come but we have no idea of when they can be expected
